Activating a Person Role

The following rules apply when activating Person roles:

 

  1. From the Person record, click the Roles link.
    Result: All of the current roles that have been assigned to the person within the selected organization are displayed.
  2. Check the checkboxes of the roles to be activated.
  3. Click Action > Activate.
    Result: The role(s) has been activated.
